Limits

What Inkling does not do yet, and the limits on use.

No full-text search yet

You search newsletters by name. You cannot yet search the text of issues to find every newsletter that discussed a topic. Full-text search across issues is on the way.

In the meantime, find the newsletters you care about by name and let your agent read their issues.

Coverage

Inkling has nearly 18,000 newsletters, not all of them. It includes free and public content only: paywalled posts appear as their free preview.

Plan limits

Each plan has a number of users and a number of issues your AI agent can fetch per month. See pricing. Reading in the web app, searching newsletters and listing issues do not count as fetched issues.

Rate limits

The MCP server limits each connection to 120 requests per minute. Fetching issues in bulk to copy the archive is not allowed: see the terms.

Access

Signups are closed while Inkling is in early access. To ask for access, write to hello@inklingdata.com.
